Our chaise lounge cushion features a single-piece design with a sewn hinge and seams, filled with hypoallergenic hospitality-grade polyester fiberfill for both softness and durability. Measuring 72" x 22", with a 44" seat depth and 28" back, this cushion is designed to fit securely with the included tie sets.
